KTN Flagship Projects Open Day

Today I have presented one of the major components of the LOCUS project, the AR Interface, at an event called ‘Flagship Projects Open Day’ at the National Physical Laboratory. This full-day event presented three major research projects which reached their conclusion including: SPACE, LOCUS and AutoBAHN. A screenshot that illustrated the digital compass used in the sensor-based AR solution is provided below.

Moreover, the event provided a valuable insight into the outcomes of the research as well as a forum for discussions about future work and research direction. Other speakers from their project teams presented their findings, provided demonstrations, and outlined future plans to continue the work.
